Our conference room seats up to 100 people and can be arranged in a layout of your choice.
We provide complementary notepads and pens and a flip chart stand. A projector is available for hire (bring your own laptop) and flip chart papers and markers can be purchased from the hotel’s gift shop.
We offer a range of appetising meals and snacks which can be served in the conference room, gardens or the hotel restaurant.
If your conference will last for more than one day, we can accommodate your delegates in the hotel where they will enjoy comfortable rooms and free services including steam/sauna, Wi-Fi and DSTV (please see our accommodation pages for room rates).
Should you wish to take a break from work and take delegates on an excursion, we offer a range of local tourist activities and, if you wish, we can arrange a farewell party with Muchomo and music at a very reasonable cost.
